The property was purchased by Laxmi Properties, LLC, a local Buyer/Developer led by Alex Khandelwal on September 14th, 2016 from a local owner for $3,100,000 under 100% occupancy.
Khandelwal plans to develop the property in context with the original character and form of the surrounding neighborhood and arts district.
