Lakewood, CO (November 11, 2015) — Unique Properties, Inc. assists Lakewood Injury Treatment Center in its relocation in an effort to find new office space on the west side of Denver. LWITC’s main focus was to be close to St. Anthony’s on Union Boulevard with proximity to West 6th Avenue. Broker Zach Smith represented LWITC and identified 3,122 square feet of suitable office space at 44 Union Boulevard known as Lake Plaza Center. LWITC signed a long term lease with Lake Plaza Center. Natasha Felten of Colorado Commercial Companies provided landlord representation.
