The Property sold for $1,100,000 and Greg Knott, Executive Vice President with Unique Properties represented the buyer in this transaction.
The buyer intends on occupying a portion of the building for his Denver headquarters, renovating the entire project and leasing out the remainder. This purchase is the first of a dozen or so office projects that Ken intends on buying over the next 2 years.
