Arapahoe County, CO  (September 2016) – Unique Properties, Inc., is proud to announce the recent sale of 10 acres in Dove Valley Business Park to Reliance Steel and Aluminum Co.  The 10 acre site is located at the southeast corner of South Chambers Road and South Potomac Street (south of the Arapahoe County Regional Park).

Dove Valley Business Park has Master Development Plan (MDP) zoning in Unincorporated Arapahoe County which provides for quick approval of listed uses.  No public hearing is required for listed uses other than retail uses.  This quick approval process by the planning and zoning staff of Arapahoe County allows for a shorter time frame for new construction in Dove Valley Business Park.
