908-950 Salida Way and 909-943 Telluride Street sold for $4,400,000, or approximately $73 PSF. The buildings consist of 60,480 square feet, sit on 3.3 acres, and were both constructed in 1998. At time of sale Springhill Business Center was 100% occupied by 17 small tenants.
The buyer, Advanced Property Services, LLC acquired the property from Merritt Realty Capital, LLC. They were drawn by the potential for future income, as many of the leases are below market rental rates.
