Denver, CO (November 11, 2015) — Unique Properties is pleased to announce that the Knott Team has fully leased a Denver industrial building, 3295 West 2nd located in Denver, Colorado, and brought it to 0-100% occupied in 4 months.
The 17,000 square foot industrial, standalone building was 100% vacant when the Knott Team was assigned the listing as exclusive leasing agents in July. The Knott Team played an instrumental role as landlord representatives and brought the building to full stabilization by the beginning of Q2 2015 during a time when the property was vacated by a single tenant, full-building user.
Interior Solutions leased a total of 8,500 square feet earlier this fall bringing the building to 50% occupied. Most recently, Diligent Delivery System leased the remaining 8,500 square feet of the building in a long term lease.
