The third parcel was purchased by Lennair Homes from Tcirato on October 30th 2015 for $1,088,000.
Located 1-mile east of I-25 on Highway 7, the site will be home to an approximate 360 single home lots. To appeal to the area’s demographics, the development will be close to Lark Ridge Shopping Center, and existing primary and middle schools. The development is near other active developments, and Thornton water and sewer will be available.
