The Property was constructed in 1980 and renovated in 2012, with 18’ clear heights, ample yard space, and nicely built-out office space.
D-Property, LLC purchased the property from J & L Leasing Company, Ltd. as a Denver industrial investment property. Sam Leger and Tim Finholm, both Executive Vice Presidents at Unique Properties, Inc., represented the Buyer in the transaction. The Seller was represented by Peter Wycoff at NAI Shames Makovsky.
