The sale of 33 Inverness is a very rare owner-user office transaction totaling over 25,000 SF and represents only one out of seven similarly sized owner user transactions in the area over the last two years. The new owner plans to occupy the building for their own use as their new Denver headquarters. Marc Lippitt and Justin Herman with Unique Properties were the exclusive agents to the Seller. The buyer’s agent was Sam Dragan of CBRE.
