Denver, CO  (June 9, 2016) — Unique Apartment Group (UAG), multifamily division of Unique Properties, Inc., Colorado’s most experienced, privately held, full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, recently represented the seller and buyer of a 3-unit multifamily asset located at 2101 South Logan Street in Denver, Colorado. The Property sold for $575,000 or $191,666 per unit. The transaction closed on June 6, 2016.

2101 South Logan Street consists of a one bedroom unit of 600 square feet, and 2, three bedroom units averaging 1,200 square feet. The Seller recently added property value by completing interior and exterior renovations to the 1949 constructed apartment. The renovations included newer flooring, windows, cabinets, electric baseboard heat, roof, patio and landscaping. The Property is located less than a mile from Denver University and South Pearl Street and was achieving market rents at the time of sale. Based on the recent property upgrades and steady cash flow, the Buyer plans to continue running the Property “as-is” and hold long term.
