Parker, CO (July 16, 2015) — Mountain Man Nut & Fruit is relocating its headquarters to Dove Valley Business Park The 20-acre development site was sold for $2,350,000. Jerry Kempf, Senior Broker at Unique Properties represented Dove Valley Business Park in the transaction and Rick Egitto and Jeremy Reeves of Inverness Properties represented the buyer.
“We are pleased to have been involved in the sale of this land parcel which will allow Mountain Man Nut & Fruit to relocate from Parker to a new 155,000 square foot corporate headquarters that will also function as a manufacturing and distribution facility.” Mr. Kempf commented. “A small retail outlet will be an added component to the facility which will be open to the public,” he concluded.
Due to private branding grocery store product, Mountain Man Nut & Fruit expects major growth over the next 10 years. The acquisition of this land parcel will give them the capacity to double in size which equates to 300,000 square feet. This potential expansion compliments the size of the adjacent Digicomm facility of 250,000 square feet.
Mountain Man Nut & Fruit expects to be fully operating at the new facility in 2016. “The site is prominently located on Broncos Parkway, a six lane artery that runs east to west through Dove Valley Business Park that provides excellent access and visibility,” stated Kempf. “Six lane arteries are rare and important for Mountain Man Nut & Fruit with their distribution needs and access,” he concluded.
275 acres remain available to be developed in Dove Valley Business Park with access to Bronco’s Parkway, Jordan Road, South Chambers Road and South Potomac Street which are all four and six lane arteries.
