Northglenn, CO (May 1, 2015) — Par Acquisitions, LLC, a privately held real estate investment company in Greenwood Village, Colorado has leased out 10,296 square feet – over a quarter of their retail asset to local events company, Fiesta Palace Events Center. Malley Heights Shopping Center is located at 530 Malley Drive, just south of 120th on Washington Street in Northglenn, Colorado. Senior Broker Greg Knott and Zach Smith of Unique Properties, negotiated this long-term lease on behalf of the owner and landlord, Par Acquisitions, LLC.

Unique Properties started landlord representation to Malley Heights Shopping Center for Par Acquisitions, LLC in spring 2014. Since then, vacancy has dropped from seventy percent down to twenty percent. The new tenant’s lease date start is effective immediately.
