Richard W. Bowler joined Unique Properties in 2009 as an active commercial, industrial and land broker serving the greater Denver metro area. With over 20 years of experience, Richard has an accomplished record for identifying business opportunities and completing real estate transactions while representing buyers or sellers of all types of commercial property with an emphasis on industrial properties. He has completed numerous transactions involving significant land parcels, newly developed industrial properties and quality investment properties.

Responsibilities throughout his career have included a full spectrum of sales related work while providing outstanding leadership to his team in order to convert his client’s real estate requirements into successful sales or acquisitions. When a buyer’s unique requirements for a building do not exist in the marketplace, Richard is capable of bringing a design-build team together which results in the completed construction of state-of-the-art facilities where satisfied clients can operate their business.

Richard began to practice commercial real estate in 1994 as Owner and Managing Broker of his own real estate brokerage business. Prior to acquiring his real estate license, Richard represented well-established, design-build construction companies in Colorado for over twenty-nine years. His work resulted in the successful development of several million square feet of commercial and industrial properties located throughout the Denver metropolitan area and along the Colorado Front Range.
