Denver, CO (July 22, 2016) — Unique Properties, Inc., Colorado’s most experienced, privately held, full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, is pleased to announce the sale of three industrial zoned lots in the Mountain View Industrial Park in Commerce City. Richard Bowler, Bob Busey and Aaron Romero of Unique Properties, Inc. represented the Sellers and Bob Leino of Fuller Real Estate represented the Buyer, Kipling Twenty-Three Hundred, LLC.
Kipling Twenty Three Hundred, LLC plans to develop the industrial zoned lots, beginning with a 12,500 square foot building on the smaller 1.4 acre lot followed by a larger building on a 2.1 acre lot. “The planned, first building will be offered for sale or for lease by the listing brokers at Unique Properties. Delivery of the first building is planned for late in the first quarter of 2017”, said Bob Busey, of Unique.
A third lot in the Mountain View Industrial Park was also closed the second week in July. Nielson Investments purchased the 1.3 acre, I-2 zoned property as a new location for their testing laboratory business.
Mountain View Industrial Park is located at the northwest corner of East 96th Avenue and Highway 2. Lots in the Mountain View Industrial Park vary in size and price, with only two lots still available for sale.
