Denver, CO (August 1, 2016) — Unique Properties, Inc., Colorado’s most experienced, privately held, full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, announces the sale of 5840 East Evans Avenue in Denver, Colorado.
The 11,976 square foot office building sold for $1,385,000 to an owner-user buyer. The three story building is in a prominent location on Evans Avenue near the I-25 interchange. The building was constructed in 1972 and renovated in 2015.
Tim Finholm and Sam Leger, both Executive Vice Presidents at Unique Properties, Inc., represented the Seller, Alexander Speros. The Buyer, Smith, Brooks, Bolshoun and Co., L.L.P., was represented by NAI Shames Makovsky.
