The 23,946 square foot retail building on 2.87 acres sold for $2,800,000 on October 25th, 2016 to a local investor. Brad Gilpin, Senior Broker Associate at Unique Properties represented Uhrig Holdings, LLC, the Seller, in the transaction.
The multi-tenant building is located on East Hampden Avenue directly across from Kennedy Golf Course and was fully leased at the time of the sale. The 2.87 acre site does have a potential pad site that could be positioned for development as well.
