The Role:

• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate owners and investors, to promote new business development and source new deals
• Work with real estate owners and investors to understand their financial objectives for their real estate assets
• Negotiate and close commercial real estate sales and lease transactions

Requirements:

• A Bachelors degree
• A Colorado Real Estate License in good standing
• 5+ years experience as a commercial real estate broker with a proven track record
• Knowledge of Costar and other CRE listing software
• Excellent communication skills
• Entrepreneurial drive
• Forward-thinking, proactive, dynamic, and performs well under pressure
