Unique Properties is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional to join the Company as a Jr. Broker Associate. The position offers significant earning potential for eager candidates who are ready to get on the phones and are ready to learn the ins and outs of the commercial real estate industry.

The Role:

You will receive training & mentorship working with Senior Brokers day in and day out to learn the business and sales techniques needed for a successful career in commercial real estate. This is a fast paced, highly competitive sales position, with a focus on problem solving and selling yourself, your services, and your product.  Uncapped earning potential!

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Associates degree
• Self-motivated, sales-driven and able to thrive in a dynamic commission based entrepreneurial business
• Must be professional with excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Relationship building skills
• Track Record of success: sports, leadership roles, etc.
• Desire to be part of a growing team
• Real Estate License – however, not required for the initial interview.
