Just wanted to say how much we appreciated your help throughout the sale of our property, and the purchase of a new building for The Floor Care Company. The Cross 7 Ranch was part of our family’s heritage, and the skill and dedication you brought to the process of finding the right buyer, and shepherding it through to closing, were truly special. I don’t know if any other broker could have dealt with all of the issues involved as well as you did- economic, real estate, and otherwise. As for our business, we are thrilled with the new building.
