It’s not often I feel compelled to write a letter of recommendation, but in this case it is beyond necessary. I was in a 1031 Exchange with few properties to choose from, and time was ticking. Tom and Jake swiftly found a suitable property that fit my every need, but there was one problem: at the time we went under contract the property was vacant, and the bank wouldn’t close until it was 100% leased. Jake and Tom worked tirelessly to find a tenant and get a lease signed prior to closing, and just in the nick of time!
