The 4,021 square foot retail building sold for $500,000, or $124.00 per square foot. The brick building was constructed in 1940 and has a lot size of 9,150 square feet and is zoned as 2-C. The retail building, occupied by hour tenants, was 100% leased at the time of closing.
Yeddis represented the owner/user Seller, Premier Group Insurance, Inc. Alex Segalas, a Broker Associate also of Unique Properties, represented the undisclosed Buyer.
