Denver Office Mansion Sells for $1,600,000

Denver, CO  (January 9, 2017) —Phillip A. Yeddis, Executive Vice President of Unique Properties, Inc., Colorado’s most experienced, privately held, full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, announces the sale of the O’Keefe Mansion at 1601 York Street in Denver, Colorado.

The five-unit converted mansion sold for $1,600,000 and was originally built in 1906 but was renovated in 2016. The corner lot mansion is 4,152 SF with an average unit size of 830 SF.  There are five off-street parking spaces and a one car garage.  The property is located one block from the new Central Denver Recreational Center and is within walking distance of restaurants, retail, and entertainment along the Colfax corridor in the City Park West neighborhood.

Yeddis represented the buyer, Harwal Inc.  The seller was Summit Homes LLC and was represented by ARA Newmark.
