UAG represented the undisclosed seller in this transaction. After five months on the market, the Property was sold to a local investor. The seller plans to acquire and hold in the Greeley market, building a larger multifamily portfolio to the north of Denver. The Property sold for $1,810,000 or $78,695 per unit.
