Washington School Apartments, a 25-unit apartment complex located at 530 13th Avenue in Greeley, closed on July 18, 2016 for $2,200,000 or $88,000 per unit. Washington School consists of three buildings with 20,580 net rentable square feet and a unit mix of one (1) studio and twenty-four (24) two-bedroom units.
