Jack Gitlin

Jack Gitlin works with Unique Properties as a Broker Associate and specializes in Sales and Leasing for Industrial, Retail, Office, and Investment properties within the thriving Central Denver market.

Jack earned an analytics degree from Elon University, which came in handy as he began his career at CoStar, the industry leader in commercial real estate information and analytics. Jack worked as a researcher for CoStar for two years before moving to Denver where he was as an analyst for the institutional investment brokerage team at Newmark. In just under two years at Newmark, Jack worked on complex institutional deals with a total transaction volume of over half a billion dollars in including a record setting office transaction and leading life science deals.
