Tim Finholm

A commercial real estate veteran with over 32 years experience in investment sales and office leasing, Tim Finholm prides himself on developing long-standing client relationships, delivering superior customer service and having a strong understanding of commercial real estate market trends. Tim’s clients include: RFC Management of America, LLC (a division of Rothschild Investments), WSA Insurance, United Realty Trust and First American State Bank. Local clients include the Creekside Development, Denver Public Schools, Colorado Mountain Club and the Joseph B. Gould Trust, as well as numerous large and small local investors and office users. He has consistently been a top producer in the Denver market. Tim credits his achievement to his one-on-one personal service relationship with his clients and his in-depth understanding of the local infill real estate market. In addition to investment sales, Tim specializes in identifying niche infill properties with an eye towards repositioning the investment for his clients, either by stabilizing the tenant base, controlling cost or designing the property for a different use.

A Colorado native, Tim has a Bachelors degree from Western State College in Gunnison, Colorado. Tim is an elected Director of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors. Tim lives in Denver with his wife and two daughters enjoying skiing, mountain biking and camping.
