Prior to joining Unique Properties twelve years ago, Steve worked as a Commercial Broker with top Commercial Brokerage firms in Colorado. He worked for Frederick Ross Company (now Newmark) for 25 years, Cushman Realty Corporation for 4 years, and Coldwell Banker Commercial for 1 year where he represented both landlords and tenants.

Education

Steve received his formal education at the University of Colorado and the University of Denver. He earned his BSBA Degree from the Business School with an emphasis on Real Estate & Construction.
