Michael Collins

Michael works with property owners, investors and business owners on buying, selling and leasing commercial real estate, with a particular focus on industrial, small-bay and owner-user properties throughout the Denver metro area and Colorado. His experience on the ownership and management side of commercial real estate gives him a practical understanding of the needs and priorities of owners, investors and tenants, while allowing him to work across a range of property types.

Michael brings a diverse background to his real estate practice, from performing improv in Chicago and hosting a morning show for an Outside Television affiliate in Steamboat Springs to coaching entrepreneurs and teams in storytelling and presentation skills. Those experiences have shaped his straightforward, people-focused approach: understand the client’s goals first, then help identify the right strategy, property or opportunity.
