Swaim Davis

Swaim graduated from the University of Alabama in 2021 with a degree in Finance and a minor in Real Estate before relocating to Denver to begin his career in commercial real estate. He started with Cushman & Wakefield in Asset Services, where he spent more than three years helping manage a diverse portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties across the Denver Metro area. Through this experience, he developed a strong understanding of property operations, tenant relations, and asset management across multiple commercial sectors.

Swaim joined Unique Properties in 2026 as a Broker Associate, bringing valuable experience in commercial real estate operations and a relationship-driven approach to serving clients. He is passionate about building long-lasting relationships and continuing to grow both professionally and personally.

Outside of work, Swaim enjoys skiing, fly fishing, and cheering on the Crimson Tide
