Kyle VanCamp

Kyle VanCamp joined Unique Properties as a Broker Associate in 2017, and specializes in Sales and Leasing for Industrial, Retail, Office, Land, and Investment Sales. Since joining Unique Properties, Kyle has over $25 Million in sales and has been extremely active within the thriving Central Denver market.

Kyle is a Denver native and graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management, and a minor in Business. Kyle’s experience within construction management has given him well-rounded experience in the larger industry that greatly affects commercial real estate brokerage.

Prior to joining the team, Kyle spent five years working with two larger Commercial General Contractors in Denver. During his tenure, he worked on several large projects including Balfour Cosmo Club, University of Colorado at Anschutz, Red Rocks Community College Health and Sciences Campus, and Denver Christian Schools Stadium, to name a few. However, it is Kyle’s passion for the Denver market, and for connecting with people on a more personal level, that made him move to brokerage, and is what makes him an asset to his team and clientele today.
