Brandon Paxton represented the Seller, Wheeling Service Center LLC, in the sale of the multi-tenant industrial property at 37th & Wheeling St, known as Wheeling Service Center. The property is a seven building complex consisting of 121,400 Square Feet located at the SW corner of Interstates 70 & 225. Units range from 1,800 Square Feet to 3,600 Square Feet, with approximately 56 tenants at time of sale. This was an off-market transaction, and represented the Seller’s downleg of the 1031 exchange.

To complete the 1031 exchange, Wheeling Service Center LLC purchased 3610-3640 Chambers Rd, Aurora, CO 80011. Located near the intersection of I-70 & Chambers Rd, the property consists of a ±12,000 Square Foot sales and service building on 11 acres, and 100% leased to Lazydays RV Center of Denver. The two transactions combined for a total of $13,785,000.00.
