Elliott Polanchyck

Elliott joined Unique Properties as a Broker Associate working with the Unique Apartment Group. Elliott is a graduate of The University of Colorado where he majored in Economics and Business. Previously he worked at Prologis as an investment services analyst, as well as at Merrill Lynch as an investment financial advisor where he helped analyze portfolios. He is happy to join Unique because “it is a great place to work with a family atmosphere and I enjoy learning from some of the best in the business.”
