Emily Lemere

As Chief Operating Officer, Emily drives maximum performance in sales attainment and operational efficiencies by developing strategy and implementing training and development programs. Emily is responsible for overseeing the day-to day sales, revenue, and operational functions of the company. Emily has over twenty years real estate expertise serving both the commercial and residential markets.

As a member of the executive team, Emily develops budgets, revenue management, forecasting, broker and employee training & development, and leading company divisions ( including- Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, and Company Compliance).

As Unique Properties residential expert for over fifteen years, Emily is a recognized top producer with outstanding negotiation skills in the Denver Metro Area. Emily is a multiple year Five Star Professional award recipient. Emily is honored to represent satisfied clients in multiple transactions and referral recommendations.

Education

Emily received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing from Western State University. She received her Colorado Real Estate License from Jones College of Real Estate.
