Lisa McCoy

Lisa McCoy joined Unique Properties in October 2013 and currently is responsible for giving transactional support to approximately 7 Commercial Real Estate Brokers for Industrial, Retail, Office and Land property types within the greater Denver metro area.

Currently, Lisa’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: designing brochures, marketing the properties on a variety of property marketing websites, preparing contracts, and maintaining an organized workflow for the brokers she provides support to. Lisa provides unmatched services to clients and her brokers with a ready and willing attitude matched with an experienced industry skill set that make her a valuable part of the team.

Prior to joining Unique Properties, Lisa worked at CBRE, Inc. for over 13 years as a Client Services Coordinator. She assisted approximately 9 Commercial Real Estate Brokers in the Industrial specialty division. Prior to CBRE, Inc., Lisa worked at SullivanHayes Brokerage for 10 years, and Lincoln Property Company for 5 years.
