Phillip A. Yeddis

Phil Yeddis joined Unique Properties, INC in 1999 and focuses on acquisitions and dispositions of office, and retail properties within the greater Denver metro and Front Range area as well as Landlord and Tenant Representation in leasing. With over 40 years of experience, he has closed more than 800 transactions, resulting in excess of 1.5 billion dollars in volume. Yeddis continually has been a top industry leader.

Phil provides experience, tenacity, solutions and continues to deliver results to all his clients no matter what size the transaction. Year after year, Phil is recognized as a Top Producer within the ever-changing market.

Before joining Unique Properties, Phil had his own Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm and advertising agency. He also worked at Van Schaack and Company and Robert Fuller & Associates. Phil has a heavy marketing background with a subsidiary of Pitney Bowes (Monarch Marketing Systems) and Gates Rubber Company.

Phil has been a consistent Top Producer at Unique Properties, Inc every year since joining the firm in 1999.
