The Landlord, Beverly Building Company, leased the property to Snacks for a Purpose, Inc and executed a long-term lease. 2777 South Tejon Street is a 12,000 square foot office/warehouse building, with 1,900 square feet of upgraded office space and a large fenced, paved yard on a 0.5 acre lot located in Englewood Industrial Park. The building has three over-sized drive-in doors and dock loading, heavy power and permissive I-1 zoning which allows for many industrial uses. The new tenant will be using the building for their Denver Headquarters.
