Brandon Paxton joined Unique Properties in July 2011. From the start of his career, Brandon has been able to uncover opportunities that continually satisfy and meet his clients’ requirements. He specializes in both sales and leasing of commercial, manufacturing and warehousing facilities in the Denver market.

Brandon brings superior market knowledge and a unique skill set to every assignment. His team’s systematic approach to each project, tailored to individual client needs, yields successful results every time.

Prior to joining Unique Properties, Brandon worked with an international real estate and development firm in Mexico City, Mexico. During his tenure he developed a broad understanding of the commercial real estate industry.
