Rachel has brokered over $205M in commercial real estate sales and leasing. Rachel’s commercial real estate specialties include Development, Medical/General Office, Industrial, and Investments. After earning a Colorado-State Boettcher Scholarship, Rachel graduated from Colorado College with a degree in International Political Economics. Rachel’s professional background includes general construction, fire sprinklers, and restaurant sales/operations. From 2009-2015 Rachel managed Sales & Events for Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group, concluding her restaurant career as the General Manager of Sullivan’s Steakhouse in Houston, Texas. Rachel has firsthand knowledge of how real estate affects the operation of a business, leading to her move to commercial real estate as a Retail Land Acquisitions Broker for Pacifica Companies. Her level of management experience, development expertise, and extensive understanding of the Colorado marketplace combine as an irreplaceable asset to her clients. Rachel earned the international designation from the CCIM Institute as a Certified Commercial Investment Member. CCIM is an elite designation earned by approximately 6% of Commercial Real Estate professionals worldwide.
