Katie Guardino

Katie Guardino joined Unique Properties in 2021 as Marketing Coordinator. As Marketing Coordinator, she oversees all the company’s communications & brand to complement and leverage renowned reputation in the commercial real estate market through strategic email campaigns, public relations, and promotional activities selected to support the company and the marketing strategy, servicing 32 brokers and the executive team. She is also responsible for editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of all organization collateral (bios, company brochure, quarterly materials, etc.) on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis with an emphasis on championing the company’s reputation and expanding the client base.

After graduating from The University of Alabama in 2019, Katie moved back to her home state of California where she worked as a Marketing Coordinator for a Residential Real Estate company. After moving to Denver in the summer of 2021, Unique Properties has made her feel right at home.
